Centres are responsible for managing user access and safeguarding credentials.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Content must respect the rights of children and families.

Billing

Invoices are issued per active child and storage usage unless otherwise agreed.

Availability

We aim for high availability with reasonable maintenance windows.

Liability

Service is provided as‑is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages.
